We are passionate about helping you achieve your dreams by taking the practical steps necessary to make them a reality.  We are a resource hub providing information and connections to various social and community services.  Whether you are seeking help with college prep, tutoring or the application process, internships, career opportunities, transitional housing, mental health, or finding affordable health insurance we are here to help.

What sets us apart is our network of connections to organizations and resources. Our hands on approach through the mentorship program provides a safe space where you can connect with individuals that can share their knowledge and life experiences with you as they help you on your journey of development and growth. It's not a traditional mentorship, but more of a support system with connection to community and resources.
